This is available 24 hours a day for any emergency.  Call 000 for assistance. You will be asked to provide information about the patient and your location, including the nearest corner intersection.

After Hours Appointment

In general, children and pension card holders, who are regular patients will be bulk billed between 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Health Care Card holders may be offered a reduced fee. Veterans’ Affairs card holders are bulk billed at all times.

Weekend fees range from $94 through to $163 depending on the length of your consultation.

if you have a Medicare Card, we can do the rebate on the spot for you. If not, and you have Private Insurance, we will give you a receipt so you can claim your rebate from your insurer.

Repeat prescriptions normally require an appointment. However, for replacement of lost prescriptions, referrals and receipts a small administrative fee will be charged. In general, consultations are provided by appointment. We have limited capacity to see patients without appointments and this may require an extended waiting time. Appointments can be made in person or by phone. Failure to attend appointments without giving adequate notice of cancellation will limit your access to future appointments and may result in a cancellation fee.

Medical Reports and consultations concerning established Workers Compensation and Third Party claims will be charged in accordance with the AMA Fee List.

Please check with your GP regarding any out-of-pocket expenses incurred for specialist referrals, X-rays, etc.
